Create a report favorite

Learn how to mark a report as a favorite for display on the Home page.

1. On the Menu bar, click Report.
2. In the Navigate reports launcher, load the desired report view by clicking its title.
3. In the Report view, load the desired report in either of the following ways:
   • Select a saved report.

     OR

   • Set up a new report as described in topic Generate maintenance reports or Generate utilization reports, but do not click Save at this point.
4. When the desired Report title and description are displayed at the top left, click the Favorite star.
   The star turns yellow when selected.
5. Confirm that your report favorite has been created:
   1. On the Menu bar, click Home.
   2. On the Home page, locate the tile with the report title you created.
   3. Click the title at the bottom of the tile to return to the custom report in the Report view.
