A

Alphabetical order
Items are sorted in ascending alphabetical order by language sets. For example, the Latin alphabet used in English and Spanish are sorted from A-Z. Logographic/syllabic alphabets (for example, Chinese and Japanese) and Cyrillic languages (for example, Russian and Bulgarian) are sorted based on an appropriate transliteration system to the Latin alphabet, for example, Pinyin for Chinese or BGN/PCGN for Russian.
If your facility uses multiple languages, facility groups are listed in alphabetical order by language set then within character sets. For example, if you have two Chinese facility group titles, two English facility group titles, and one Spanish facility group title, iCenter sorts these into alphabetical order as follows:
  • English and Spanish grouped and sorted in A-Z order
  • Chinese in Pinyin order
