Learn how to contact GE support from the iCenter Help menu.
The Contact Support option from the Help menu enables you to contact GE Support directly from the iCenter application.
To contact GE Support:
- On the Title bar, click Help menu and then click Contact Support.
- In the Contact Support dialog box, view or enter the following information:
- Requester
- Autopopulated with your iCenter user name.
- Email
- Autopopulated with your professional email address.
- Subject *
- Type in the email subject line.
- Request Description *
- Type in the details of the your question or request for GE Support.
Note: An asterisk (*) denotes a required field. The field is outlined in red when you place the cursor in it and then in blue when you start typing text in it. If you exceed the character limit for a field, further input will be prevented (for example, you can enter approximately 3,500 characters in the Request Description field).
- Click Submit.
