Learn how to go to Help Center.

You can open this Help Center either from the Help menu in the iCenter application or directly from your web browser.

To go to iCenter help center:

  1. On the title bar, click Help menu and then click Help Center.

    OR

    Enter the Help Center URL supplied in your Welcome to iCenter letter.

  2. Check the revision number of the Help Center displayed in each page footer.
    You will need this information if you contact GE Support with any questions or comments on Help Center. We would love to hear from you about what you think of this new initiative and how we can make it even more useful to you.

FAQs

  • Are all of the available topics listed on the Help Center home page?

    No, the home page contains links to those topics that have been prioritized as the most needed for each of the primary iCenter user roles (Biomed, Radiology, Executive). Click the View all topics link at the bottom of the Home page to display a full list of Help Center topics.

  • Is there a certain order I should read the topics in the Help Center?

    If you are a new user, we'd encourage you to view the generic introductory information at the top of the Home page. You can then follow the links to topoics geared to the tasks typically performed by the specified user roles.

    Once you are more familiar with iCenter, you may like to start at the View all topics link, where you can explore specific Get Started and Navigate topics to discover the information essential to your use of iCenter. You'll then be in a good position to start using iCenter to perform your work tasks as described in the How to section. Dip into the Reference section whenever you want an explanation of the data you are viewing as you advance your understanding of iCenter.
